From master and 3.1.0, cabal install cardano-db-sync fails at

Wrote tarball sdist to
... dist-newstyle/sdist/tracer-transformers-0.1.0.1.tar.gz
cabal: filepath wildcard 'ChangeLog.md' does not match any files.

Oh! That is in the tracer-transformers package, which is not actually part of db-sync. Moving this ticket to the correct repo.

I can't find ChangeLog.md in any of our packages.
