Size of images in a pdf document

Consider to handle the out of the scope images.
When the size of the image is to big in pixels it could go out of the scope now.

Acceptance Criteria

• Plot image should be within the width of the pdf and not getting crop.
• Consider making the pdf in landscape mode.

Note: Please consider reviewing #165 since they're tigthly related and may need to be done first.

I was able to reproduce this issue, and I can confirm that it occurs in all formats. Particularly, very wide images, such as the forest plot from the efficacy app, appear to be collapsing. Does not seem to be related to only pdf format.
