Im trying to install torch and its not working. Do we have steps to run the python programs? Which one is the main program?

Please help me to understand better and im completely new to this.

Is it mandatory to have GPU for working with GENTRL/ProGentrl? And if yes what GPU? What is the overall system specification required for GENTRL?
What is the difference between GENTRL and ProGentrl?
