Align weather data to common schema

In order to display weather forecast and observation data in Freeboard-SK there needs to be some alignment in the data paths and format used by weahter plugins.
I have raised signalk/specification issue #643 in order to try and reach a position.
Your input will be highly valuable to getting an agreeable outcome.
