global: support collections

In order to support another user of the matcher and close inspirehep/inspire-next#2381 we need to support searches restricted in a collection, like it happens right now in https://github.com/inspirehep/inspire-next/blob/3cf82968e2f6ff0e52cd1817d09006827671a322/inspirehep/modules/forms/validators/simple_fields.py#L54-L84.
