Samba-dc Docker Compose: Failed to find a writeable DC for domain

The samba-dc docker compose file yields the following error. The docker compose file has been modified to include a docker secret.
WARNING: Using passwords on command line is insecure. Installing the setproctitle python module will hide these from shortly after program start.
