Unable to Create Issue from Chat

Describe the bug
Not able to create an issue in a repository from Teams Chat.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to conversation view
- Right Click to create an Issue
- try to add organization/repository
- Doesn't recognize input
Expected behavior
Should be able to create issue based on documentation

Note - this is a personal account, not an organization. However, I tried it with an organization as well and same error. I think there is a bug in that it's not reading the input.

- OS: mac OS Ventura 13.5

This issue is also happening on a Windows 11 machine under an Organisation account

I have the same problem in the teams client on mac. It works if I use the teams in the browser.
