FSP Package for Jasperlake boards not available

No public FSP package exists to support the Jasperlake platform, which means coreboot support for it is limited to ChromeOS devices

@marcosscriven Intel has still not released FSP for JSL unfortunately

We have no plans to release an FSP for Jasper Lake.
