Permalinks stopped working when I was moving from local to online

Hey there. This plugin really fulfilled all my needs. But after I moved from my testing server to the real deal one it stopped working.
The old permalinks of custom post types I created localy are still working perfectly. But when I create a new post (of a custom post type) on the server, the permalink I get is always like /?p=132
the custom permalinks for standard posts are all working.
can you help me out?

@curlott missed this back then, sorry - you might've just needed to re-save permalinks but it's hard to say what the exact issue might be without taking a look at the site.
