Devin is on break, I feel like I am managing this repo by making new badges lol...
But this one seems kinda hard tho.. let me give a try..
I don't think I will be able to make it even like you can say "Yea, that's Okayish"....
Does this satisfy your needs?
I think it looks really bad.. (compared to what I have done for other badges but this is kinda hard because the logo itself is not aligned, so aligning is tough for me, I am not a pro-Figma user so)

No.. Like it is not a pefect star like the bottom one smaller than upper one... (the badge itself is cutted from bottom side.. It took a lot of effort to align it with badge..
I'm not also a designer... You can also see that 'non-aligned' thing
