https://github.com/internetarchive/infogami/commits/master Shows that our Travis CI automated tests stopped running between the end of November and early January when #132 was not tested. I will create PR #139 now for a GitHub action replacement but will need help on the Postgres piece.

#139 landed a bare-bones GitHub Action so that we have some minimal sanity tests running but much work remains to clean up all || true lines as discussed in #139. @cdrini @mekarpeles
