Trying to publish and error is not informative

The repo weights around 7mb, nothing special in there, csp application: some front-end code and sso module and repo is currently working on our server. We've made some minor changes and would like to upload a new version.

Successfuly load the package with load /the/path/to/module.xml

Then publish

What went wrong? How can i access the error steps lead to this state?
