Action not reachable error occurs frequently when opening an action

Submitting a bug ticket for this! This was something we discussed as a potential UI issue, where if a connection is not found quickly, the UI considers there to be no connection.

Thanks for the report! We think we've tracked this down and should have a deploy up by early next week at the latest.

We believe this should be fixed now, please let us know if you continue to see this message when you think you shouldn't. If a serverless deployment takes over 1 minute to respond we'll assume something is wrong and show the message as before, but it should handle functioning serverless deployments with potential cold-start times now.

Closing because we think this particular "Not reachable" issue should be resolved. Please let us know if I'm mistaken and we should reopen this and reinvestigate!
