Some RSS Clients not updating due to timestamps

Jekyll marks all posts with a 12:00AM in the post time. The post date however is correct after server timezone was adjusted.
Specifically "Feedbro" RSS client for Firefox is receiving and HTML 302 response from Python3 local web-server, and fails to update the RSS feed. Other RSS clients don't have this issue
This issue is related to branch site-feature-rssfeed
