Reporting a bug?

Wanting to update my packages but getting the following Error:

npm ERR! code ETARGET
npm ERR! notarget No matching version found for @intlify/core-base@9.6.2.
npm ERR! notarget In most cases you or one of your dependencies are requesting
npm ERR! notarget a package version that doesn't exist.

Expected behavior

npm update should work fine

same problem on yarn

@kazupon @david-loe seems it is related to upgrade of
"packageManager": "pnpm@8.9.2",

please fix
