Issue with Intuit Dev Portal

This site shows everything as operational:
https://status.developer.intuit.com/

But going to:
https://developer.quickbooks.com/app/developer/homepage

Generates an SSL error which seems to indicate a dev server is running in production:

This server couldn't prove that it's developer.quickbooks.com; its security certificate is from devx-reverse-proxy-dev.idgprdusw2.iks2.a.intuit.com. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection.

Also, trying to log into the developer portal doesn't seem to work.

Are the right people in the know?
