Artefact should be renamed to something like apl-core

Expected Behavior

Artifact could be named apl-core in group com.intuit.apl. This would mean that tooling and other artifacts can be built on top of it.

Current Behavior

Artifact named apl in group com.intuit.apl is not very meaningful
