Press the "Update available - press to reload" button

Do you see anything in console about a service worker being updated/not?

Hmm I think so - the Service Worker should be reloading there so will keep an eye on this.

Reopening - have also seen this.

It seems that the Service Worker is stuck on "Waiting to activate" even though it should activate as soon as possible.
