Maven 3.6.1 should have appropriate fixes for MNG-6059.

The issue is still that POM files with the appropriate attributes can't be released to Maven Central yet.

This is still ongoing. I really don't want to release artifacts that contain broken addresses caused by the issue behind MNG-6059, but it's still not possible to publish artifacts to Maven Central with those attributes.
