Some information is curently duplicated (and is therfore no longer constistent), i.e.
docs/en/dev/stateroles.md -- docs/en/basics/roles.md
stateroles is the more up-to-date information
Same applies to other docu at basics
Duplicated information should be removed.
Feel free to assign to me, if removing the content from files at basics/ and replacing it with a link to the correspondig file at dev/ is OK.
