Feature Request: support of mp4/jpg in Simple API

it would be great if links like these:

would be supportet in/by SimpleAPI
Are you sure it is about simple-api? What exactly you mean?
Do you want to get files ourt of the iobroker storage? This si already possible using web adapter ...

I just want to have access to these files out of my private network. can you pls send me example how url should lokk like for external access of this locally stored files?
In fact this relies on how the ring adapter stores these data. I can not tell that.

It has nothing to do with simple-api and the fact that you now watto load it via cloud server makes me wonder ... was never a topic above.
And in fact that the files are in ring.admin also makes no sense but this is an adapter dev topic.
So what exactly you want? I think streaming videos via cloud server will not really work ... that technique is not there for that big data. and in fact then it would be a topic for "iot "adapter to ask how it works
