How to run the model on MIMIC-III dataset?

Hi, thanks for making the codes available. I would like to try your model on the MIMIC-III dataset but seems that only the simulation process of tumor growth is provided in the repo. Would it be possible to also publish the data preprocessing and input data description of the MIMIC-III dataset?
