Change parse_mode to markdownv2

The telegram sendto-block in blockly has the option of selecting the parse mode for formatting the sent text. "Default" (no formatting), "HTML" and "Markdown" are available. According to the Telegram API there is a fourth parse mode "MarkdownV2", which has more options, such as: B. Combine formatting such as italic and bold in the same text.

"Markdown" is out of date and is only left for reasons of compatibility and the only change is the appending of "MarkdownV2" to the selection box.

Would be nice if you could change or expand the parse mode options.
