Think about update stable version to 1.14.1

Version: stable=1.13.0 (48 days old) => latest=1.14.1 (15 days old)
Installs: stable=7891 (43.53%), latest=1679 (9.26%), total=18129

@GermanBluefox Maybe the tool which generates these issues should also check, if the globalDependencies and dependencies are stable

@Apollon77 The custom component had a bug (names were missing). This is already fixed in the WIP version. New release required.
