Bot Coding issue

Had a long long discussion on the bot-development channel on telegram and all went back to third party.

Reinstalled iobroker completely, and lost my Bot-Passwort. So i created a new bot, and the bot creation went fine:

Started the bot and didnt get any reply from it:

After that i put the API Key into the Adapter and restartet it, well finally /help gives me a reply:

I can now receive all messages in the bot that were published in telegram.0.communicate.response datapoint.
But the bot is still not recognizing any commands. I even can not set a password with /p.
