Install Telegram Adapter failed

Have issues to install the telegram adapter on io broker
Erro Log:
$ iobroker add telegram --host server

This is a problem with your network.
The iObroker host cannot resolve the address of regidtry.npmjs.org. please check your dns setting and internet connection.

This is for sure not an adapter relsted problem.
