I found README.text in folder 2020,and README.html in 2019.
Haven't you found that it can't be shown correctly?It should be README.md.

Renamed 2019 and 2020 from README.text to README.md, however GitHub is not rendering URLs such as:
https://www.ioccc.org/2020/README.md
as markdown, unfortunately.
