Keep in mind that Angular officially supports the last 2 major versions of iOS and Safari: https://angular.dev/reference/versions#browser-support
15.5 doesn't fit into that category and Angular will only transpile code down to the version it supports. If you open the JS console you'll probably see exceptions being thrown due to invalid syntax or usage of feature that doesn't exist. You can try adding a custom browserslist file and specify last 4 major versions of iOS (and the same for Safari) and see if the build makes a difference.
