Incorrect Icon Graphics

I have a strange problem where icons display incorrect images. Most notably, the back-button is an ice-cream cone. For example:
This appears in both the browser preview (localhost:8100), and when built and rendered on Android device. The icons appear slightly differently when the browser emulates a mobile device:
Two of the icons are actually correct, which makes this problem probably more confusing rather than less.
Anyone else have this problem? Any idea how to fix this?

This issue is not related to ionic-cloud in any way.
