Ionic Cloud - android build failed

only the android build failed ios is working with no problems
i have tried:
ionic remove platform android
ionic add platform android
and still not working.

ANDROID_HOME=/opt/android-sdk
JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm/java-8-oracle
