An ASP.NET WebAPI (server technology) using Microsoft SQL Server DB should be implemented.
The Windows Azure registration requires a credit/debit card number only for identification purposes. After the 30 day trial expires the account is not billed with anything and your card will be billed only if you start using paid services, which are much outside of the scope of what we want to do here.

The back-end API is almost ready.
@kdinev, I don't like services asking for my debit card number 😦. I'll try to get an Azure account from some friend.
