First of all, I've been reading through the paper associated with this repository and it's an absolutely fantastic introduction to baysean bandit tests so thank you for sharing and all of the hard work that I'm sure has gone into this project.

Generally, IMHO, it is a good idea to use FSF or OSI Approved Licenses (which can be found here https://www.gnu.org/licenses/licenses.html and here http://opensource.org/licenses/category)
