CIRI Hangs when trying to shutdown the Node

Hi.

When CIRI runs after some time and is shutdown
using CTRL-C CIRI hangs and never exits.

The last Printed Message on the Screen is allways:
"Shutting Down TCP Reciever Thread"

While CIRI hangs and do not exit the Programm it still send and recieve Internet Traffic all the Time.

Somehow the Receiver Thread started using boost is clearly not exiting when it is told to exit.
