zero balance help!

Description

Hi I did all that is in the list but my balance is still zero. I have tried reattaching and promoting over 200 times. I need a solution.

Hi, I did all that is in the list but my balance is still zero. I have tried updating to 2.5.7 - deleting last update (which was already current)- as well as reattaching and promoting numerous times. My balance still showing 0 in error. Please help!!!

Hey @JPF3006 and @jmarlene , try to generate new addresses and attach them to tangle until your balance shows the right value again.

It's not working like that. I've done it over 60 times, guy above 200 and what? I can find my balance by balance-finder on git_ and i see the adress. It's first one I had. But wallet don't want to generate it and also i can do anything about that. Any Idea?
