Pending transactions unconfirmed on tangle,,, reattached many times, changed node config

Description
Made a transfer to wallet Bitfinex of 191 Mi, pending transaction after several reattachements more than 5, pending almost 24 hours, changed node, promoted several times.
Please note that I have multiple transactions pending from long time ago, however showing correct balance with this seed on latest version of wallet, however, not sure if something has gone wrong since my balance went to 0 some months ago and I had to reattach the transactions ( transactions pending ever since then) this was around the time of the wallet update to 2.5.2 and some peoples funds were placed in custody...
Anyway, see below the transaction I have pending since yesterday,
If you look the transaction below, the bundle has inputs and outputs relating to my seed but I don't understand why they aren't confirmed
Steps to Reproduce
- Send payment of 191 Mi to New Bitfinex iota address
- payment sent,
- transaction shows -191Mi in transaction history, however pending
- reattached and promoted 5 times and changed host node
Expected behavior: Tangle to confirm the transactions
Actual behavior: Transactions remaining unconfirmed and pending
