What is this? miner stop after 20-30min.

It's failing to read result counts from the GPUs, have you overclocked your cards?

I have overclock my cards, but this overclock setting works great with Haven, Loki, Sumo, Ryo, Masari, Aeon, saronite, v7 and etc.. without any problems :( and I try reset my clocks, but same result :(
