Only crawls 3 pages

Hi there
Firstly, thank you for this, would love to automate the creation of sitemaps.
I am trying to run this on one of my projects that is build on Codeigniter but it only crawls the first 3 pages:
http://www.roadrunning.co.za/sitemap-generator.php
Any insights as to why that is?
