OK, channel is closed. But this isn't Kapamilya Channel. Closest encounter I have is this : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aliw_Channel_23. No digital channel replacement (all channels have closed), though the analogic channel number S+A had is now taken by ALIW Ch. 23
