Finish setting up RTD

I dont' have access to webhooks to set that up, but registered ipynb.readthedocs.org.
Not sure, I don't have access to "Setting", so I can't add a webhook. My guess is you can only give setting access if a project is in an org.
Or the train is shaking too much and I can't see the settign button :-)

I was trying to follow http://docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/webhooks.html#github but don't actually see a 'webhooks and services' - only a 'webhooks'
Found it, and added hooks!
