Add a warning if in-person auctions start at midnight

This has happened to several clubs now.

Maybe 24 hour time is more confusing than I thought? Or maybe some browsers just default to time 00:00:00 ?

Either way a notification bar like the one for when pickup times are before the auction ends should fix this.
