No music on Teddy Boy Blues (Mega Drive)

I've tested Teddy Boy Blues (Mega Drive, originally on SegaNet) and it doesn't have music, nor in the title, nor ingame. If you use another emulator or a Everdrive, music sounds.

I'm using MiyooCFW.
