I'm guessing there is some new string length check on the project_id?

However, this fails in development environment if you are using some dummy value for that string like is shown here: https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/iron_mq

hi @barmstrong, you'll need a valid project id for IronMQ to work, even in development.
