[Feature Request] Allow ownership change of Journals when displaying journals through "Open Journal" action

I would absolutely love to be able to change ownership of journal/journal entries as journals are opened and displayed. I run an investigation-focused campaign and allowing this would be a terrific quality of life thing for me.
