support of 4.3 long duration stroke and play without using Ctrl and Shift key

Patch 4.3 allow us to change keyboard settings to play the note without ctrl and shift, and also we can play long duration note now. Can we have TBbard support long duration? And also changing the keystroke to play without using Ctrl and Shift can significantly improve the wrong stroke issue in my opinion.
