We have to switch over some hard coded HDF5 paths now that /science is gone.
We should also probably tolerate both version, at least while we're still testing and have many terrabytes of CSLCs with /science/CSLC/

Closed by #94 , opted for not testing for old /science paths since we can symlink existing files if we really don't wanna reprocess
