Icons inside the `Devices` tab are dead

Icons inside the Devices tab have a direct link to https://uaparser.js.org/images/*/*.png

For example for the Chrome icon, the current link is https://uaparser.js.org/images/browsers/chrome.png

I assume the uaparser repo recently migrated the domain from https://uaparser.js.org to https://uaparser.dev/, so we need to update the image tag to point to the latest link as well, to eliminate the dead icon issue.

For example,
https://uaparser.js.org/images/browsers/chrome.png -> https://uaparser.dev/images/browsers/chrome.png
