Support for dynamically loaded pages

Currently, websites like Twitter that dynamically refresh content at runtime can't be fetched as their page source is empty. A fix for this may be re-running the extension upon clicking the popup rather than only on initial pageload. Not 100% sure if this is possible because I don't know if Chrome extensions are allowed to grab dynamically loaded content.
