While I try to install using 'pip install fancyimpute' , the error (error: Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 is required. Get it with "Microsoft Visual C++ Build Tools": https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downloads/) arised.
Even cvxpy and fastcache failed building wheels and the same error code arised.
I ran pip command from python 3.6.4 environment.
I have installed 'Build tools for 2017 Microsoft version as explained in this link completely.

But still I am getting the same error.
Can anyone please provide with a permanent solution for this?
