cannot able to download fancyimpute

I am not able to install fancyimpute package from https://pypi.org/project/fancyimpute/#files.
by using '!pip install fancyimpute' command in python.
error in fancyimpute

This is not a problem with the fancyimpute package. It is your environment. I am able use fancyimpute without any problem.
