Travis build should not be run for PRs

Encrypted environment variables have been removed for security reasons.

We should include the fix suggested in https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/pull-requests/#pull-requests-and-security-restrictions

I believe this issue is fixed by PR #40 (if merged).

Since the PR has been merged, I believe we can close this. Should the issue not be completely resolved, we can always open a new issue or re-open this.
